• Everything was even better than expected. This was one of the smoothest vacations we have ever been on. Everything was seamless and we would definitely use European Destinations again. Our flight from JFK to Rome was the best. We flew Alitalia and highly recommend them. It was a new plane with TV?s at every seat. Our hotel, Hotel Villa Glori in Rome was immaculate. It had a very good location and I would stay there again. The hotel in Florence, Hotel Donatello, was very nice as well. We were upgraded to a bigger room for free and the location could not be beat. The hotel in Venice, Duodo Palace, was our favorite. Three minutes from St. Mark?s. The hotel had an awesome breakfast and the rooms were beautiful. The concierge set us up with a day trip to Murano and Burano, highly recommended! The flight home was not as nearly as nice as coming over. We flew Delta and the plane was older. Other than that our vacation was an experience of a lifetime and we will definitely recommend European Destinations to anybody thinking about traveling to Europe. The hotels did indeed live up to expectations although the neighborhood around Paris 18 was described as "lively" and I must say that I found the neighborhood a bit sketchy. The staff of the hotel however are wonderful, and acknowledging that I choose it for budgetary reasons, all in all even this location more than exceeded expectations. All of the travel arrangements, flights and trains were planned to maximize my time in each city and worked out beautifully. • My fiancee and I had a wonderful experience in Spain.  Your website and mailings were excellent.  The hotels were very nice and were exactly what we wanted and located in the right places.  I learned that for the next time to request a room that is away from groups of students, especially obnoxious American students who don't know how to quiet down late at night.  The breakfasts at both hotels were fabulous.  Our flights were pretty much on time.  Continental Airlines did a nice job.  The Renfe train between Madrid and Barcelona traveled well for the most part.  I would definitely use European Destinations.com again for future trips and will recommend your service to others who wish to travel.

• You may or may not recall that you helped us set up our trip to Paris/ Barcelona what seems like years ago.  Well we are back.  To put it succinctly.......... you done good. The trip was outstanding and came off without the slightest hitch. The hotel you suggested in Paris was clean, staff was helpful and most importantly across the street from a metro stop.  Great suggestion. The H10-Itica which you booked for Barcelona far exceeded expectations. While not in the center of the action (after all, nothing could be close by everything) it was convenient to the Metro and the hotel amenities, including the restaurant, were very good. Again a helpful staff goes a long way to making things run more smoothly when you are traveling in a foreign country and these folks were always friendly and accommodating. All in all your guidance was first rate.

• Dear European Destinations, We just returned from our trip to Berlin, Prague and Vienna, booked via European Destinations online.  I wanted to compliment you on how smoothly things went once we were en route.  The vouchers worked flawlessly and the transfer vouchers were especially impressive.  Each driver was punctual, courteous and a welcome sight when we deboarded planes and trains.  We were particularly impressed by the driver in Germany.  When we arrived British Airways (BA) had lost one piece of luggage.  The driver navigated us through the Tegel Airport to find the BA baggage claim area (which we NEVER would have found ourselves) and waited patiently with us until we completed filing the claim.  Luckily, the bag was delivered to our hotel two days later.  Thank you also for the useful and complete information on each voucher, so we knew to tip the drivers. We stayed at this hotel as part of a package from EuropeanDestinations.com (which I highly recommend for any multi-city vacation to Europe).  They offer air/hotel packages that can be easily customized to your needs.  The only requirement is that you must have a 2 nights stay at one hotel on one leg of your trip.  In our case, we flew into Amsterdam spent one night here, and will be flying home from Venice, with our minimum 2 nights stay in the Venice portion.  Just price out the airfare separately with additional hotel costs and you will see the significant savings that EuropeanDestinations.com offers.
